Fixed Week Owners: Call to confirm date of arrival and confirm intent to use their week at their home resort.
Floating Week Owners: Call to secure a reservation anytime within your association's reservation window. Remember, it is important to book your reservation early to secure your preferred vacation dates.
Important Notice to all Floating Week Owners: Due to limited information provided by the previous management company regarding owner use time, the confirmation process has been delayed and we would like to request your assistance to help expedite the process.
Please communicate your owner use plans for the upcoming year. We would also like to know if you have already committed your week to an exchange company (WRAC, RVC, RCI, etc.). Requests will be processed and confirmed in the order received. If you have already submitted your request or use plans, you will be receiving a confirmation once the information has been verified and entered into your account.

BONUS TIME: All members in good standing (maintenance fees have been paid in full) will be permitted to access Bonus Time at the association's approved nightly rate. Bonus Time is available on short notice, and is subject to availability.
MAINTENANCE FEE PAYMENTS: We have not yet been provided the records of the owners’ payments for annual maintenance fees. Therefore, we are unable to tell you the amount you may owe at this time. We are working closely with Whistler Rental and Accommodations (WRAC), the former manager, to secure this information.

RCI EXCHANGE: This change in management does not impact your relationship with RCI Exchange. You should continue to take advantage of RCI’s great services for exciting exchange options. RCI is now communicating with us and informing us of any exchanges arriving in Whistler. RAINTREE VACATION CLUB AND WHISKI JACK RESORT & CLUB MEMBERSHIP DEPOSITS: With the change in management, members of these clubs must request a reservation at their home resort and deposit it with the club of their choice. Previously, if you did not notify WRAC that you would not be depositing your week, it was automatically withdrawn from your account, deposited into the club, and your club membership was credited with the appropriate number of points for your use. This process will no longer occur and you must make the effort to deposit your weeks into the club. Float week reservation requests are confirmed on a space-available basis. In addition to this change, it is necessary for you to have your annual maintenance fees paid in full for the intervals you are depositing into the Club prior to the transfer of that week. In the event that you are depositing a future week for which the annual assessment has not yet been billed you will be required to pay the then current years amount of the maintenance fee. We have also been informed that there will no longer be split week usage due to the requirement of the Associations to pay an additional cleaning fee for any unit that us utilized more than once during a weeks period.
